Originally from Johannesburg, Jess has made the Friendly City her home since her teenage years. A lifelong animal lover, she found her calling in a career that allows her to work with animals every day. Jess followed her passion for caring for animals and enhancing their quality of life by completing a four-year Veterinary Physiotherapy course at Equine-Librium College.
After graduating in 2018, she established the Equine-Librium Port Elizabeth Clinic, where she is dedicated to guiding each patient through their rehabilitation journey. Jess has also contributed to the field by serving on the South African Animal Physical Rehabilitation Association for two years and currently represents the veterinary physiotherapy profession on the South African Veterinary Council.
In her spare time, you can find Jess outdoors, often with her two dogs, Jodie and Ally, enjoying hikes, runs, or participating in various dog sport activities.
I’m Alicia and have always been passionate about horses, I started riding farm ponies before I could walk. I progressed to competing in eventing and showing at a young age and my love for horses just grew over the years. As much as I love animals, I’m also an extrovert that enjoy my clients as much as my patients.
After Graduating in 2022 my passion for equine athlete’s and post injury /post surgical rehabilitation patient’s only grew.
