Mia Steyn

Veterinary Physiotherapist & Junior Lecturer

Since qualifying with distinction in 2019, Mia has built a diverse career treating everything from small animals in our clinic next to Panorama Veterinary Clinic to high-level sport horses across the Winelands and Northern Suburbs.

Her passion lies in post-operative rehabilitation of small and large animals and the management of equine athletes, helping horses recover, stay sound, and perform at their best is what drives her. She’s especially drawn to the challenge of supporting sport horses through the demands of high-level competition.

Mia’s second love (after animals, of course) is learning. Whether it’s developing a new clinical skill or deepening her knowledge, she’s always looking to grow. She also shares that passion for education as a junior part-time lecturer at Equine-Librium College and the University of Pretoria.

When she’s not working or teaching, you’ll likely find her out riding or with her head in a book, always accompanied by her constant companion, Brooke, never far behind.

Monica Esterhuizen

Veterinary Physiotherapist

For as long as she can remember, Monica has been passionate about helping animals. After graduating from Equine-Librium College in 2020, she turned that passion into a career, specialising in post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injury management in small animals. She has worked extensively with early post-operative patients, guiding them gently through each stage of their recovery.

At Panorama Vet, Monica works closely with veterinary specialists to create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans. She is known for her calm, patient manner — taking the time to earn every dog’s trust. Every evaluation and therapy session is carried out with care, ensuring each patient’s comfort and confidence come first.

When she’s not in the clinic, Monica is usually outdoors with her Jack Russell, Buksie — running, hiking, training for triathlons, or embarking on new adventures. She understands the special bond between pets and their people, and treats every animal she meets as if they were her own.

Robyn Koch

Veterinary Physiotherapist

Robyn was raised in Grahamstown and completed her schooling in 2019 at Kingswood College. Despite her roots in Grahamstown, she always knew that there were bigger and better things destined for her outside of this small town. After matriculating in 2019, she moved to Plettenberg Bay to study a 4 year BSc Veterinary Physiotherapy degree at Equine-Librium College. In 2023 Robyn received her Veterinary Physiotherapist qualification with distinction. After graduating she moved to Cape Town to start the next chapter of her life with the most inspiring team members scattered across South Africa. Robyn is extremely proud and fortunate for her amazing upbringing and education received and plans on adding more qualifications to her name within the near future.

Robyn was surrounded by all types of animals during the course of her childhood and knew that the Veterinary industry was destined for her.

Hard working, motivated and dedicated are words that don’t even begin to describe her and her work ethic. She is therefore committed to ensuring that each patient leaves the clinic with an optimized quality of life.
