Gabriella spent her childhood riding horses and teaching her two dogs an abundance of tricks, and always knew she wanted to pursue a career with animals. She graduated cum laude with a BSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy from Equine-Librium College in 2025.
Gabriella has a particular interest in movement science and motor learning research and endeavours to integrate it into her treatment plans and exercise programs. She is committed to working closely with the owners, riders and trainers to develop a tailored approach for their animal to reclaim their full function and movement capabilities.
She has a passion for conditioning, injury prevention, and post-injury rehabilitation of sporting dogs, and performance horses. Equally close to her heart is post-surgical rehabilitation, and the management of chronic pain in canine, feline and equine patients, whether they are athletes or not, so they can live comfortably and regain their love and capacity for movement. “If you have a body, you are an athlete” – Bill Bowerman.
Gabriella is dedicated to continuous learning and ensuring she stays up to date with the latest research. She aspires to continue her studies in the near future to further develop her expertise and skills.
When she is not treating patients, you’ll find her in the gym, reading, drawing and painting, or taking a deep dive into new and interesting research.
