Originally from Johannesburg, Jess has made the Friendly City her home since her teenage years. A lifelong animal lover, she found her calling in a career that allows her to work with animals every day. Jess followed her passion for caring for animals and enhancing their quality of life by completing a four-year Veterinary Physiotherapy course at Equine-Librium College.
After graduating in 2018, she established the Equine-Librium Port Elizabeth Clinic, where she is dedicated to guiding each patient through their rehabilitation journey.
Jess has further contributed to the advancement of the profession through her service on both the South African Animal Physical Rehabilitation Association and the South African Veterinary Council over several years.
In her spare time, you’ll often find Jess outdoors with her three dogs, Jodie, Ally and Stella, enjoying hikes, going for runs or taking part in various dog sport activities.
Kaitlyn has known from an early age that she wanted to work with animals. She grew up in a home surrounded by many animals and spent most of her childhood on her grandpa’s farm, where her love for animals first began.
She has a particular passion for supporting senior animals and enjoys the challenge of neurological cases. With a lifelong background in sport, Kaitlyn also has a strong interest in the management, performance, and rehabilitation of sporting animals.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn leads an active lifestyle and enjoys adventuring whenever possible, whether hiking, running, supping, swimming in the ocean, or unwinding at home with the dogs.
