A Veterinary High-Performance Center is a rehabilitation center where all aspects of the animal wellness team come together to provide a holistic diagnostic and treatment approach to solve performance difficulties, rehabilitate injuries or do routine check ups and maintenance for high performing athletes.
Equine-Librium College, situated in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa, has put together a team of Veterinarians and Veterinary Therapists to provide you with the benefits of such a high-performance center.

Our facility features a Lameness Clinic run by Dr Tom Ovendale combined with a veterinary physiotherapy clinic managed by Marinette Teeling and Ronel vd Sijde. The clinic provides lameness examinations that includes an extensive gait evaluation, palpation and diagnostic imaging (Radiography & Ultrasonography), where applicable. Regenerative therapy using PRP and IRAP II that is processed in our on-site laboratory is also provided. Our facility has an Equine CET Spa, solarium, horse walker, aqua treadmills, stance analysis and boarding facilities for our equine and canine patients. Evaluations and treatments also include a thorough assessment, treatment and implementation of a rehabilitation program by one of our qualified veterinary therapists.
